REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.
- If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour or if you come across any defect, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with all tags within 30 days of receipt. In case you wish to change the item, you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the product you want.
- You can initiate the returns by logging into your Pawpstar Account.
RAISING THE RETURN REQUEST
- Contact us on email@example.com or +91 7045199128 for initiating the return.
- You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
- Reverse pick-up will be done from our side in areas where we have a pickup facility. You will be requested to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we shall initiate the refund.
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments/e-Wallets, we shall refund to your account/card through which you made the payment to place the order.
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments/e-Wallets, if you choose refund to account, it may take a little longer than usual business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
- Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order, and you will not be able to avail such discount.
- For Prepaid orders, in case of an unlikely event of shipment being cancelled on our end, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount including shipping charges, if any, via Net Banking payment Mode.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
1. www.thepawpstarco.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse which may take more than 20 days from pick-up date, depending upon location.
- You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
- Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
